How to Close Your Delaware E-ZPass Account
If you wish to permanently close your Delaware E-ZPass account, please follow the instructions below to ensure your request is processed efficiently.
Step 1: Submit a Closure Request
Send an email to ezpassde@transcore.com with the following details:
- Subject line: Account Closure Request
- Registered email address associated with your account
- Relevant account information (such as account number)
Step 2: Verification Process
Once your request is received:
- Your account information will be reviewed and verified to confirm your identity
- You may be contacted if additional details are required to complete the request
Step 3: Account Deletion
After verification:
- Your account will be permanently closed
- Associated personal data will be deleted from active systems
Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for completion.
